Christmas Luck

Mama has been gone for a week and ever left us alone for Christmas. Luckily we're not too sentimental, and in fact, Auntie Carol came over for a nap. We'd like to complain, yet we know we are pretty lucky. Our cousins, Pelito, Niagara, and Marqui have to wear heavy collars because there's an invisible fence all around their yard. Why? Pesky neighbors who decided to be troublemakers. After all, what can we possibly hurt? Who needs those extra birds we occasionally snatch from the garden? --Bandit
